Our Non-Profit Structure

No Girl Walks Alone is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization built entirely by volunteers. Every walk, event, and initiative is made possible by people who give their time and heart to the mission. While we’re still in our early stages of fundraising and growth, our focus remains on building a strong foundation for the future.

At this time, our organization is completely volunteer-run. We ask that all volunteers commit a minimum of five hours each month, though many choose to be more involved as they grow with the community.

How We’re Organized

No Girl Walks Alone is organized to be simple and collaborative. At the top is our Board of Directors. The board provides leadership, oversight, and guidance for the organization. Our committees work alongside the board to bring the No Girl Walks Alone mission to life with hands-on work, creativity, direct community interaction.
